Dr. Sanjeev Agarwal
As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Megastar Hospital, Dr Sanjeev Agarwal leads with a clear vision: to build a healthcare ecosystem that is compassionate, technologically advanced, and accessible to all.
After earning his MBBS from Patna Medical College, he trained extensively in the United Kingdom, achieving dual accreditation in Respiratory and General Medicine, advanced training in Intensive Care Medicine, and a specialist focus on Sleep Medicine.
He served as Consultant at Whiston Hospital, Liverpool, and was appointed Honorary Clinical Lecturer at the University of Liverpool. Recognized as one of the youngest Members and later a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (UK), he has contributed to global medical knowledge with 18 publications and presentations at major international conferences.
At Megastar Hospital, he champions a new model of healthcare where digital tools, preventive care, and world-class clinical expertise converge — ensuring that quality healthcare is not a privilege for the few, but a right for all.
Mr. Madan Lal Agarwal
Mr. Madan Lal Agarwal provides overall strategic direction and governance as Managing Director. With his wisdom, industry experience, and leadership skills, he ensures that the hospital stays true to its founding values of trust, service, and excellence. He plays a crucial role in guiding long-term goals and inspiring the entire team toward sustainable growth.
Mr. Sujit Agarwal
As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Sujit Agarwal oversees the hospital’s financial planning and stewardship. His expertise ensures transparent, efficient, and sustainable financial management. By driving fiscal responsibility, he supports the hospital’s mission to provide affordable yet high-quality healthcare.
Mr. Ajay Agarwal
Mr. Ajay Agarwal leads the strategic marketing vision of the hospital as Chief Marketing Officer. With a focus on brand positioning, patient outreach, and digital marketing excellence, he works to ensure Megastar Hospital remains at the forefront of healthcare communication and accessibility.
Mr. Bipin Agarwal
As Chief Technical Officer, Mr. Bipin Agarwal drives the hospital’s technology infrastructure and digital transformation. His focus on building robust systems, innovative solutions, and scalable platforms ensures that Megastar Hospital remains at the cutting edge of healthcare technology and engineering excellence.
Ms. Nisha Agarwal
As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Nisha Agarwal brings visionary leadership and operational excellence to Megastar Hospital. She completed her B.A. (Hons.) in Psychology from Patna Women’s College before moving to the United Kingdom.
In England, she built extensive experience as an Administrator with Wakefield Council in Yorkshire, and later as a Financial Administrator at the Women’s Empowerment Bureau (WEB) in Birkenhead, Wirral. She also served as a Primary Teacher at Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School in Liverpool.
Since returning to India, she has been actively engaged in Human Resources Management with medical clinics and now leads organizational growth and people management functions at Megastar Hospital, driving operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of compassionate patient care.
